Offering informative, cutting edge training in Krav Maga, Self Defense, Kickboxing, Boxing, Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Circuit Fitness Training for men, women, teens and kids regardless of their level of training or fitness level. I have been working with James for over three years now. He is a phenomenal instructor! He takes pride in all he does and his character is bar none. He is always trying to come up with ways to improve, but also stay true to himself. He is extremely educated and continues to better himself by gaining as much knowledge as he can in all aspects. He's such a great, positive motivator and pushes you to want to achieve the best in yourself. He offers different programs and adjusts to your own personal skill level. James is very flexible and will alter exercises when needed. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at OMA and look forward to continuing my journey! He's the best out there, I assure you!
