+ -1 moreDid not complete the job what he did do was totally unsatisfactory I currently have a civil case against him I have been chasing him for over three years he is now employed at townsend enterprise in Altoona Pa so be careful if you do business there.

+ -1 moreWork was absolutely horrible. Have law suit pending. Workmanship severely below par in every single area, floors, ceiling, painting, electrical, tiling, drywall, roof and more. He left the job before it was finished and wouldn't return calls. In addition he stole $4337 from me on another issue. Have pictures and list of all the contractors that had to be called in to finish the job. He and crew only showed up sporadically and only worked couple hours when they did. This was a nightmare.
Description of Work: Luke was contracted to finish up some work by a prior contractor on a building addition and to enlarge and re-do my bathroom.

Description of Work: I had contracted Luke Townsend from the 16th of May to the 18th. He did not show up until the 18th. On that date he ripped out my countertops and sink. He left me with no countertops and sink for 3 weeks. He finally came back out on June 13, 2011 and put in the sink. On the fourteenth he came back to work on the back splash. The work is still incomplete. He left granite that was broken and not attach to the counter tops, the back splash is incomplete, the caulk was misproperly handled, he broke a counter where a cabinet is located with an inch and half gap. He did not clean off excess grout and under the window sill there is about 4 and a half foot of bracing that is still incomplete. I paid him up front for the labor and materials. He personally cashed some of my checks. He has never returned my calls to finish the work or refund me the money. In fact, one of the workers left an entire set of keys at my home that is still sitting here.
