GT Performance

Replaced the electronic ignition box that had gone out on us while driving down the road. The 1965 Mustang has a new 302 engine with electronic Ignition and a blower. GT Performance checked out the igniter box and found that it was cheaper to get a new one than try and fix the older one since parts are not as easy to find for it. When new parts arrived they put them on did a great job at installing all the wires to where you would not see them. Mustang ran great.

Billy Triplett owner of Gt Performance is a very knowledgeable mechanic and a very honest person. Many time I have taken a vehicle in thinking it was something really bad, like a failed oil pump and found it was just a sensor. The first time I went to his garage I took a truck with over 60,00 miles thinking the brakes had to be worn out. He checked the vehicle and after pulling the wheels and checking everything said the brakes were fine and would last at least another year. I said great how much do I owe you and he said and quot;Nothing, come back when you need something elseand quot; and I have ever since. I will say that I have known Billy since high school but that is not the reason I have been a customer for all these years. It is quality, honest service and fair prices.
