My overall experience was excellent.  The pricing was excellent.  The quality of the roof and their work was excellent.  Their responsiveness and punctuality was excellent.  Their professionalism was excellent too.

He came out to give me an estimate on the roof and a few other projects and according to my tenant, he didn't spend much time looking at everything but gave me an estimate which was much higher than I wanted to spend for the work to be done. I have hired someone else to do the jobs.

MANY ROOFERS WERE BUSY AND EITHER SAID THEY WERE COMING & NEVER SHOWED UP, OR SAID THEY WOULD COME IN TWO WEEKS. MR. GARLAND'S SON CAME WHEN HE SAID, GAVE A REASONABLE ESTIMATE, AND THEN DID TE REPAIR WORK THE NEXT DAY, AT THE EXACT PRICE HE QUOTED. HE ALSO TOLD US THAT THE ROOF WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE & WOULD NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED FOR A LONG TIME, NICE TO GET HONESTY AND GOOD SERVICE!
