I have a mini schnauzer that is not the best patient when it comes to getting his hair cut (or anything done to him really) so they have their work cut out for them when he visits. They do a great job dealing with his attitude and he looks great at the end of the day. They are great to work with.

My niece took her dog to be shaved and groomed. She received a call to get the dog, he was scared and whiningOne tooth was out,another lodged sideways, lots of blood in his mouth and a lot of swelling around his mouth.
Took the dog to the vet, he had to have the tooth removed, and some stiches in his mouth.
Cindy paid vet bill.

I like it a lot. The dogs also seem to really like it there. The people are nice and personable.

They are very friendly and do a good job. The dogs always look cute when they come out.

I have had my Shih Tzu and a Schnoodle that love going to see the staff at Cindy's. We have been using their service for almost 6 years and have always been pleased. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, Their communication on grooming issues is excellent. They have worked with us on drop off and pick up times.Any time I have had concerns over one of my dogs they have addressed the issue and called me after grooming to let me know if I should make a vet appointment. I did use another service one time during the last six years and was very disappointed as my dogs returned home with fleas. I would highly reccomend this groomer to any dog owner. My daughter also takes her pug to Cindys for bathing and nail clipping as the price was more reasonable than our vet.

They get A's in all categories. They were real kind with my pet. They were polite and did excellent work.
