Hired to fix some gutters - charged $100 more than estimate-never returned or called back to finish 2nd part of job

Did a great job.

First, the day they came to replace our windows, it was raining like crazy outside. They replaced every window in our house and did not leave *any* mud or dirt in our house. It was amazing! They did a great job sealing the windows and did a great job replacing the windows without damaging our existing trim. We thought we might have to replace some of the inside trim but we won't, so that was hidden savings for us. When they did our siding, we had a lot of weird little areas that needed to be trimmed out and "prettied up" because our house is old and only part of the house has siding. They did a great job with that--I am not sure I realized how much talent it takes to wrap and trim everything but once you see a really good siding job vs. just an "average" job you can tell the difference. There was absolutely NO MESS left behind. The day they left, other than the fact that it looks like we have a brand new house, you could not tell that they had been here. They were also extremely efficient and the work progressed exactly as they said it would. There were no unpleasant surprises. Also, one day they needed to come inside and finish out a window when we were not home. I appreciated that we could ask them to be considerate and watch for our cats and know that they would do so. Not only are we planning to ask them to come back next year and do more work, but I would recommend them to everyone. The work also was completed according to the estimate. We don't know much about home repairs so it was just nice to deal with people who are honest and it was very obvious that they care about doing a good job.
