Window Gang

The windows were cleaned well although I noticed a couple streaks later on but not enough to worry about. He washed them all in about one-tenth the time it would have taken me. He wiped down the sills for no extra charge. I was very happy at how much more light seemed to come through the cleaned windows, even though they were only a couple years old.

My house was gleaming, bright and clean when I drove up today!  This was the 2nd time for window cleaning with Window Gang, but I added house siding and deck power washing this time around. Again, excellent service at a very reasonable price!
I have painted aluminum siding and gutters (thanks to previous owner - ugh) and I was concerned that aggressive pressure washing would take off all of the paint (altho some is peeling), and I would have to pay to have whole house painted.  Not so. Joe took good care to wash house and remove the mold and dirt.  Now I will only have to touch up the trim and gutters as I had originally expected to do.
As for the window cleaning, the glass shines and no streaks. The sills are wiped clean so dirty water does not dribble down the side of the house.
Excellent job.  Friendly and courteous staff.  I highly recommend them.

Joe was great.  Came on time, went right to work and did a great job. The house, deck, deck railing are clean and bright.

Joe did a great job.  Careful, meticulous and professional.  Introduced himself before beginning work, brought all necessary equipment (even water!), and worked quickly and efficiently.  At the end, he asked me to look over all of the windows and gutters to make sure I was satisfied.  One of the bay windows had a slight drip at the top and he immediately apologized and re-cleaned the glass.  He also cleaned all of the window sills, without being asked to, and didn't leave the dirty water to collect there.  (I had read this about some other companies doing this - ugh.)

Window Gang did a great job, and I will definitely have them return for additional cleaning in the spring. I thought the price was a good value for the amount of windows and gutters that I have.  The only negative is that I had to schedule more than 3 weeks out (reason for my B rating on responsiveness) ... but good service is worth the wait!

I made an appt online and they came when they said they would. They provided an estimate, We agreed on a date for the service and they arrived on time. They worked efficiently and were careful around trees and shrubs. We have two climbing roses adjacent to the front porch and they were careful - didn't catch too many thorns! The front porch work also included cleaning the vinyl ceiling. Everything looked clean!
