Jeff was very helpful in getting my mower repaired as well as tuned up. When he returned the mower to me he had cleaned everything and it looks way better than when I gave it to him. I am impressed with his professionalism and the value for the work that he did.

My mulcher/shredder had been sitting unused in a shed for several years and so while not a rust bucket still would not run. I had bought a new carburetor for it but was reluctant to tackle the replacement job myself. I spoke to Jeff about the mulcher and the new carburetor and he said that he could get it running. He scheduled a pick-up and then called me a couple of days later to say that the gas tank was in bad shape with internal corrosion. Since the part was no longer in production, he suggested several ways to purchase a used one. After several unsuccessful attempts, I asked Jeff to clean the tank as best he could. He did some remarkable work and now the mulcher/shredder runs great. I have already used it in my back yard. He kept me informed of the job and delivered the mulcher back as promised.

Jeff was very professional in scheduling my mower for a tuneup (even though it was their busy season) and also provided "contact free" drop off and pickup service during the pandemic. Mower runs much better now.

Overall customer service was poor, seemed like they were doing me a favor by tuning up my lawnmower. Service was not completed by the date promised. When it was completed, it took them over 15 minutes to "find" my lawnmower.

Great. Took a full 3 weeks for an inspection and they recommended several little repairs. But I was expecting it to take some time. Took it in while still winter.

The service I received was outstanding. Jeff the owner picked the tractor up and welded the frame back in place with a thick piece of steel so that it is now commercial grade on that side. Two weeks later I broke the other side. Jeff picked the tractor up again - for free - and welded the other side, all for no charge. I was certainly expecting to have to pay, but instead he said that he should have checked the other side when he had it in before. Therefore, he charged me nothing to fix the other side. I also had some steering problems and he fixed that for a reasonable amount. The total cost to weld the frame on both sides so that it is now commercial grade was $175 plus the one-time $60 pick-up and delivery. I left a review 4 years ago about the outstanding service at Vienna Lawnmower, and it seems to be even better now. I feel fortunate to have such a great place nearby to service my equipment.

I think I get a good price. I do not think I can get anyone to do a better price. I have had them for years. They give me an estimate on other work and sometimes I find it too much. I stick with them only for mowing and they do a good job for the price. They come out every Friday. I got a lot of estimates at the time and others were very expensive. They come do the work and like now for example if I do not want them to come for the week and then I do not have to pay that week.

Realized my snowblower wasn't running 3 days before a giant blizzard was predicted.  We have a lot of driveway to plow and without the snowblower it would be a disaster.  I called them and they came by to pick it up.  (We have a  huge snowblower that won't fit in a car).  They serviced it before the snowstorm hit.  (They stayed open until midnight the night before the snowstorm).  Courteous, easy to work with,  estimate was exactly the same as what they charged.

I realize Angie's List is for service rather than for repairs, but just for context, I bought the Kombi-tool system at Vienna Lawnmower.  They're local for me, and pricing for Stihl is the same at every store.  So the purchase was pretty straightforward, and I was satisfied.
The tool stopped running a little over a year after I bought it, and I couldn't get it to start.  I took it in, and got an estimate of 2 weeks or more for them to get to it.  I've seen some reviews here complaining about punctuality, but for me, if someone tells me 2 weeks and then gets to it in 2 weeks, that was punctual.  Maybe a tad slow (the reason for a 'B' in responsiveness), but punctual.
Anyway, they looked it over, found the carburetor diaphragm had a tear, and ordered a new one.  They replaced it tried it out, and found that it wouldn't pull fuel into the primer bulb if they turned the tool over.  I'm not sure what they replaced, but they called it a tank vent on the invoice.
So, all together, the repair took about a month.  When I got the call telling me that they were going to have to order a tank vent, I was offered a loaner power head from the owner.  This was much appreciated - my yard hadn't been trimmed or edged in over a month, and was looking shaggy.
I'd say that the folks at Vienna Lawnmower should keep doing what they're doing, and they'll have me as a customer as long as I live in the area.  When I'm looking for something they're selling, they're going to be the first place I look.  I probably won't give them a whole lot of business for repairs, because I grew up on a farm and have a bit of experience working on small engines.  But I will come to them for parts, and whatever equipment I need to take care of a 1/4 acre lot.  If my experience is the norm, I'd say you should too.

This company does very good work. I have had a riding lawnmower repaired and serviced in the past as well as having a snowblower recently repaired. The snowblower had a leaking gas tank.  They diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate of costs. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and have had no issues with the equipment since it was repaired. In the past, the company has repaired my riding lawnmower. Again, no issues and they were very responsive.  This company is very busy during peak seasons (beginning of winter for snow equipment or spring for lawn equipment) so plan in advance for routine servicing if you don't want to wait too long for a repair.  I believe they take repairs on first come first serve basis so plan accordingly.  Their counter personnel are very knowledgeable and I would definitely use this company again.

They are very punctual and when there is a rainy day they come the very next day to take care of what they missed the day prior. When you call them they do answer your questions.
