After 3 months of agony, on waiting for the banks approval, we have a house we love! If it were not for this wonderful agent we would not have had this home. We finally got approval and moved in before our girls could start their new school. If you want someone who really cares and is looking out for you, give Vickie a call. Just be sure you know what you are getting into when you go with a short sale. It is not short! I am also very impatient! Our realtor handled me well.
