cell phone service
+ -1 moreI have been using them for over fifteen years. I get good connection and I am happy with it. We have three phones in one plan; two smartphones with unlimited data plan and the third one a basic cellphone. I had a problem once shortly after I had got it. They exchanged it and set it up immediately. I have not had any issues with my service.
Description of Work: I use Verizon Wireless for cellular phone service. We have got three phones in one plan.

cable tv service
+ -1 moreThere was no problem with the switch-over. The follow-up is that they had to come and run new wires to the house and bury the lines. That part was kind of a nightmare. The process of finishing up just went on forever. We’re happy with the cable situation; we just not so happy with how long it took to get issues resolved. We'll continue to use them because we don't have a choice.
Description of Work: We just switched to Fios on Verizon Wireless for cable and internet. We had to have the cables buried and had to have the television changed over with new boxes and all that. They came out multiple times. We switched over a couple months ago. They were out a couple weeks ago to bury cables.
