Phone Service - Cellular
I have been using them for over fifteen years. I get good connection and I am happy with it. We have three phones in one plan; two smartphones with unlimited data plan and the third one a basic cellphone. I had a problem once shortly after I had got it. They exchanged it and set it up immediately. I have not had any issues with my service.

TV Service - Cable
There was no problem with the switch-over. The follow-up is that they had to come and run new wires to the house and bury the lines. That part was kind of a nightmare. The process of finishing up just went on forever. We’re happy with the cable situation; we just not so happy with how long it took to get issues resolved. We'll continue to use them because we don't have a choice.
