They talk about it being a fast internet, I don't feel like it's fast. The other week we had programs on DVR and they disappeared.

I spend $160 for the cellular phone. For their FiOs, which includes cable, internet and phone service, I pay about $150 per month. What I liked about their cellular service is primarily the Verizon quality of coverage. For the other services like mostly for the cable TV and internet, what I liked is their level of quality. I rarely lose calls. The speed of the internet connection is very good. I would like it to be cheaper on the phone, internet and TV. They weren't very easy to negotiate with.

My general experience is that their internet service is terrible, it is too slow. I don't have a problem with the cell phone, I have a problem with the carrier for the internet. It's just flat out slow.

Their policy stands for the most part, but their deeds were nice. I would probably use them again in the future.
