Description of Work: After shopping at a number mega-chain mattress stores, I stepped into Urban Mattress after reading reviews on this site and on yelp. Urban Mattress salespeople act the way salesmen should act. No high pressure, they told me as much information as I needed to know and let me test any of the models on display. I spent about an hour trying different mattresses, and no pressure from the sales staff. Prices are listed for each mattress, no gimmicks of special sales or pitches. Once I made my decision, they made set up delivery and I was done. Excellent service.
