The quality of the mulch was very poor, even though I had requested the best. He was assisted by two daily-hire Hispanic workers. They broke off the main stem of a rhododendron plant, killing it. They were short about two yards of mulch. Wayne said he would come back the next day to complete the job, but in spite of several phone calls to him over a month's time and his repeated promises, he never returned.
