Perfectly. Carlos R came out on Sunday New Year's Eve, an hour after I called and got us back up and running. He was professional, courteous, and showed his expertise with heaters. He explained everything that he had to do and got it done.

They only charged us for the part, since we have a contract. Only one guy came out and he cleaned up after himself.

They've serviced it for years. Well I've used them for years so I'd give them a top grade. They have a very small company, it's the same person that comes every time. On price, To me it's fair the price is right and they don't have to do anything except routine so I know what I'm paying. On quality, Its excellent or I wouldn't of had them back for the last 10 years. On responsiveness, It's excellent. They have had the same people for years, so they know what they're doing. After I've I told you, I would certainly recommend them. It's a small office, maybe it's just by chance but whoever comes is good. They're not in the learning stage. If you want they will talk to you, but most service people don't like to be bothered with.

Called. Made appointment. Tech came at prescribed time. Serviced unit. Flushed drain line. Tested unit. Have used for annual A/C and furnace checks, plus repairs as needed for years. Very satisfied.

We experienced a similar problem with lack of heat in early December, as we had the previous January (2016). They responded within 24 hours of the call, performed initially troubleshooting and ordered the diagnosed part. The part came in over the weekend and they came back, installed the part on Monday, and the system seemed to be operating. Our tenants called that evening that it was still not heating properly. The Tom Muse technician responded the next day, and, with a slight adjustment, the Gas Heating System was restored to full operation; it remained so ever since. They were timely, in open communications with me on the diagnosis, and actions, as well as with the Tenant. While I wish they could have nailed it the first time....they were transparent, responsive and communicative. I would, will use them again

He did a very thorough job every year and that's why the service is in such good shape, he said it's up to me to decide whether I want it, he said there is nothing wrong with it, it's just supposedly it's gas it shouldn't be a new furnace in there.
I think I called one time on a Sunday and my call was returned believe it are not and he came as my first patient on Monday morning because something went wrong, yeah very good.

They have been very good, we go to them regularly for our heating and air conditioning service. They show some pretty good insights in some of the problems. We had one problem; something was dripping from the upstairs unit during the air conditioning season and the fellow who came out showed us how to clear the line, basically how to save us ourselves the service call in the future so that was very helpful. Again i found them very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
