I visited the Vienna location Saturday and waited a while to be helped, as they were busy on a nice day. Eventually Alex was available and after a discussion on what I was interested in, price range, skill level etc he recommended an alternative I hadn't considered, then setup my first choice (it was a new bike with no pedals, and needed a seat height adjustment) for a test ride. They didn't have my size in his recommended alternative, so he called the Fairfax shop and they had it ready when I arrived later that day for a ride.
I loved the bike and bought it then, and returned to Vienna Tuesday night to have it fitted. I was a few minutes early but Floyd took me right in and setup the bike, and began making adjustments. He clearly knew his stuff and the adjustments he made were way beyond what I could have done, and made the bike fit me much better.

Overall I'm very pleased with the experience and plan on adopting them as my and quot;go-toand quot; shop for bike gear and service.

They were very responsive and offered good service.

Could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful, trying to save me money they first tried cleaning and fixing the gear shift. Although that did not work they did not charge extra for that effort and contacted me regarding their progress. Their turnaround time and promised delivery were right on time and took only a few days as opposed to other bicycle shops that said it would take 2 weeks. The crew were all knowledgeable and helpful, won't go anywhere else.

Very quick service. We just showed up at the store. No one was in line. We brought in the bicycle, and they replaced the inner-tube right there on the spot, within 10 minutes. Very nice people.
