My husband and I are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, professionalism, and responsiveness of Nathan and his team. Nathan arrived on time for my initial consultation and thoroughly described the process he would use to revitalize my 30 year old house. Not only did he pressure wash the exterior of my home, which included areas covered by mildew, he also cleaned my patio. The work he performed on the outside of my home and the patio gave it an instant ‘face-lift.’ Nathan also repaired dry rot/wood ****** damage to two window frames on the north side of my house (not an easy task, considering this side of my home is on a slope and the windows were about two stories above the ground). He matched the paint for these new window frames exactly- you would never know they are new! He also pressure washed and stained my two level deck- including a privacy wall and 2 sets of stairs. Prior to the work, my deck look worn-out. Now, my deck looks refreshed and I can’t wait to host our first spring BBQ. Not only did Nathan provide the best price for the work, he also provided peace of mind and kept me informed during every step of the process. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship at an honest price.
Before making the job estimate, Nathan came to the house and inspected it. I was concerned because a neighbor's tree had fallen and scraped against one side of my house, leaving some tree residue. Also, several months ago, someone had thrown an egg against the brick front of the home. I asked him if he thought he could pressure wash those stains away along with the other accumulated dirt and algae that had accumulated over the years on the brick and the aluminum siding. He confirmed that he was almost 100% sure he would remove them.
He showed up as scheduled (actually a few minutes early). He is friendly and his truck and equipment are first-rate professional. They normally use a warm water low pressure application and that turned out to be adequate to remove all stains on my house. Another plus with Rothstein is that if the low pressure doesn't get the job done 100%, he has high-pressure nozzles that he'll use that most certainly will. I am extremely pleased with how my whole house exterior was cleaned by Rothstein and would highly recommend them for any job like mine -- exterior home powerwashing.
