They have very reasonable prices. They have lots of packages to choose from, and would let you exchange the services included. The woman who received the gift card was very pleased with their service. Gratuity is included in the gift card, which is a really nice touch. They didn't put any pressure on me to add that. They have flexible hours, which is convenient for working women. The spa environment is very clean and welcoming.

Leigh was good and I did go back for color with her, but the cost to get cut and blow dry also every 4 weeks was too high for me given the bad experience. So, even though I like Leigh and she did well with color, the overall experience was bad so I won't go back.

It’s a very nice and a good service salon, but it’s on the expensive side. I would use them again in the future.

Kate listens to you and does what you ask her to do. If you have no idea, she'll suggest ideas. She isn't chatty which I like. Her haircuts always look great even a month after the haircut which I really appreciate considering the price.
