+ 1 moreThey have very reasonable prices. They have lots of packages to choose from, and would let you exchange the services included. The woman who received the gift card was very pleased with their service. Gratuity is included in the gift card, which is a really nice touch. They didn't put any pressure on me to add that. They have flexible hours, which is convenient for working women. The spa environment is very clean and welcoming.

+ -1 moreLeigh was good and I did go back for color with her, but the cost to get cut and blow dry also every 4 weeks was too high for me given the bad experience. So, even though I like Leigh and she did well with color, the overall experience was bad so I won't go back.
Description of Work: I had a color, cut and blow dry at the Reston Red Door in August and then went back to Leigh for color in September. Leigh was great and did a great job, with the service level one would expect at those prices. The lady that washed my hair was rushed and really rough. I felt like she was taking all her anger out on my head. I heard another customer tell her to take it easy, so it clearly wasn't just me. Then the girl that cut my hair spent the whole time telling me that I should change hair products to use what she sells because my products are terrible. Interesting since she didn't ask what I use. I left there completely disappointed and a little mad.

+ -1 moreKate listens to you and does what you ask her to do. If you have no idea, she'll suggest ideas. She isn't chatty which I like. Her haircuts always look great even a month after the haircut which I really appreciate considering the price.
Description of Work: I have been going to Kate H for haircuts over the last year after my hairdresser moved to Atlanta. She does the most amazing blow-out job ever. I have short Asian hair, but she's also done a great job with my friend with curly long hair.
