 + -1 moreGreat communication, prompt reponse to all questions and concerns before settlement. Smooth and straightforward closing, we were in and out in about an hour. Would use them again in the future, if we get a chance. I liked their new office, too, bright and spacious.
Description of Work: Title services on a 3-level townhouse in Fairfax County, VA, including title insurance (lender's and owner's). We picked Premier Title exclusively based on price, which was the most competitive among several title companies we talked to. They were also recommended by our real estate agent.
