Very well. Paul was in regular communication, which led to the best outcome possible with very old tapes. Paul was a master at editing the tapes so that they sound far better now than they did then. He was a pleasure to work with.

This entire process was excellent. Paul answered my initial phone call and addressed all of my questions. I immediately determined that he could provide the service I needed. At our first meeting he outlined the options I had and followed that up with an email so it was easy for me to make decisions about the type of CD’s I wanted for each recording. Once he started working on the tapes he sent me updates which I really appreciated. The turn-around time was quick and the final product was wonderful. Given the condition of the audio tapes, my expectations were not very high. However, during the conversion to digital format, Paul used his software and expertise to "clean" the audio of noise and other distractions to the point where it was almost like being in the same room with the participants. The audio tracks on the resulting digital files are easy to understand, convenient to store, and safe from potential damage. The contents of those digital files are a genealogical "gold mine" for me and my family. Thank you, Paul!
