Description of Work: My son's basset hound always still smells "doggy" after a grooming. Josh, at Petco, understood that basset hounds can have a distinctive smell and need a longer soaking and he used an amazingly good smelling shampoo that made her smell so clean and it almost smelled a bit like watermelon and I was so happy as our last groomer who no longer does baths and grooming and I've been to Pet Smart and another grooming place that never had her smelling really nice and pleasant. From now on, we will be taking Betty to Petco on Gallows Road. They were so nice and so helpful. I even wanted to buy a raincoat for Betty and he/Josh helped me find a better one than the one I originally selected. This was so much better than anywhere else we have had a bath for my son's basset hound and I was very impressed at how they listened to our desires and accomplished our goal. They were sweet with Betty and the entire Petco staff was wonderful, especially Adam, the store manager, who helped me with a raincoat for Betty, as well. We not only had a bath for Betty for $30 but her nails were grinded smoothly to prevent damage to my my hardwood floors and leather furniture for another $15.

 + -1 moreWONDERFUL Have used them for TWO YEARS -- staff is GREAT. They take excellent care of the pets. The dog loves these folks and the grooming. Price is high but in this business you get what you pay for. NEVER a problem, Friendly & professional. Thanks to all the groomers there!

 + -1 moreVery good for the most part. I take my cat there regularly but think I am looking for another groomer based solely on the fact that their price has gone up too high. The cat usually has to stay there all day too which I think is a bit much, but they do a nice job.
