I wish I could give Paulette A++++. She is the most professional stylist I've known. I constantly get compliments on my hair. I especially love her honesty. I have been going to Paulette since December 2011 and can't imagine going anywhere else. I've had only one facial and it, too, was superb.

Paulette's hair salon is charming - lovely decor, nice music in the background, and an intimate setting. I loved that I was the only customer there - it was a wonderfully relaxing experience. I highly recommend, and am so glad that I've found Paulette - I will keep going back!

It was excellent. She really knows how to give you the best haircut for your features! It was an amazing experience!

My hair is very thick and heavy. Paulette knew how to lighten it up with texturizing.
She gave me wisps at the neck and I love the look. This style takes me 2-3 minutes to style
and dry. I'm happy with the results.

I went to Paulette to re-invent myself. I had short, FADED, red hair and wanted long, brown extensions. (I am a natural brunette). Paulette met with me on Thursday, Sept 6, we discussed what I wanted and needed, she ordered the hair and then 48hours later on Saturday, VIOLA! Paulette transformed me and I look like my high school niece!
I don't want to quote price, but I will say Paulette is sooo reasonable. It is going to vary on what you want and the quality you are willing to pay for. I will say that she is so professional: kind, caring, attentive, listens, discusses, tells you what is realistic, prepares you for the do's and don'ts, how to maintain, the upkeep. I could not be happier.
All of my friends and co-workers love what she has done for me and asked for her business card. It truly was a transformation. I am so happy I found Paulette and she is going to be my friend for life.

My mother lives overseas and when she came for an extended visit last winter, she needed her hair done. I've heard great things about Paulette for quite some time now, so I made an appointment to drive all the way from Montgomery County, MD to northern VA to see her. My mom received color, highlights, and a cut while all I needed was a cut.

Paulette was very friendly and vibrant. She greeted us with warmth and treated us with professionalism. The room also radiated coziness punctuated by soft French music in the background. We knew we were in good hands.

Paulette started with my mother and was able to mix the perfect colors just by talking to her. My mother has thinning hair on the top of her head and Paulette was able to give her a cut and style to cover the thinning areas. We were both very impressed by her expertise. My mother said it was the first time in 20 years she was able to cover that up and she also said it was the most amazing salon experience in her lifetime. She also received numerous compliments about her hair when she returned home. Before we left, Paulette also made sure she taught my mother how to style her hair to get that look and also recommended hair products to keep the color and prevent further thinning of the hair. We are happy to report that her color lasted at least 6 months and her hair hasn't thinned out anymore.

My hair isn't as exciting because I like low-maintenance hair. I told Paulette what I wanted and she delivered. Last time I had about 4 inches cut off. This time I had a trim. This is how good she is--even with only about 1 inch trim, people noticed that my hair looked different and commented on how nice it looked. She is still vivacious as always and an expert with her craft. She approaches her profession as an artist and I think it shows in her work. I highly recommend Paulette.
