I placed this order in January 2012, expecting our remodel to be done in a few weeks. The remodel took longer than expected and Patios.com held the things for us until July. When I called, they arranged an installation date and time within days. The installers arrived on time and did an expert installation. They did not have the pool kit we had purchased but lent us a different one until the one we ordered was in stock. They called as soon as the kit came in without need for any follow-up by me. They delivered the new kit when promised. I recommend this company based on my experience with them.
