The garage floor looks great! It's a 2-car garage, 21'D x 19'W, and took 3 days to complete, and another 2 days to completely dry. I hired Monsoor in December, and I expected the work to be done shortly afterward. After e-mailing back and forth for a couple of months, it wasn't until April that I was informed that there was a risk of the epoxy not curing correctly if the substrate was too cold. Once I knew this, I was fine delaying until the weather warmed up. Monsoor is very pleasant to deal with, and very professional is all his work.

Nobally, Inc was excellent to work with. The owner, Mansoor Maghouli, is extremely patient in educating customers on the benefits and costs of different types of applications. He is fair in pricing, very accommodating of schedule constraints, highly conscientious, and thorough. I appreciated his sharing with me various vendor products and color options to choose from to best achieve the look I was wanted for ultimately finishing this area. I intend to contract him for two or more other jobs at my home.

The weather was a real problem that of course, Mansoor could not control. He was good about staying in touch with when he might be able to come and texted me regularly so I knew he hadn't forgotten. The actual work that he did was acceptable. I think the fact that he estimated the work based solely on photos that I sent was to his disadvantage. He wasn't expecting it to be what it ended up being, and I don't think he was prepared with the right equipment. He also was unable to do what he originally proposed to keep the beach pebbles in place, so he opted not to do that part of the project. To be clear, he did a good job and worked hard. I found him to be polite and intelligent and have no complaints in that regard. But, I feel that it could have gone better and yielded a better result had he come to see it first.

As you explained I was not expecting the big size pebbles because the process was to fix the pebbles by epoxy in place and due to the size of them I recommended to do it by concrete and asked you to hire someone else for this part of project because I thought that way you will pay less than what you had to pay to me. Mansoor was great to work with, very professional, very responsive. He worked very hard to provide a floor that looked good and that I was happy with. We ran into some technical difficulties early into the project and Mansoor was relentless in his search for an answer to the problem and to resolve the issues. He worked around my crazy schedules and responded immediately whenever I has any questions. Did a great job and I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Maghouli was a pleasure to work with. He provided many options to protect and beautify our concrete. Many painters were willing to do the work, but Noballoy Inc. clearly specializes in concrete and since epoxy coatings are expensive we wanted a contractor with experience with epoxy coatings. Mr. Maghouli gave us a number of color choices and we were able to look at samples of the actual paint chips that would be used. We are pleased the with final result. All the work was expertly done and the garage and basement look terrific. We also felt the price for the work done was reasonable.

I'm also busy and the entire transaction was done by email. Mansoor was very responsive, worked with my schedule, and was here and made the job just go. Just for a note, it rained the original scheduled day (Thurs/Friday) and had to postpone ... however, he arrived on Monday/Tueday and finished on time. Bottom line, I love the work, it is gorgeous, and I am very pleased. The best thing for me is getting a quality job (I think I did), not having to hassle with phone calls and irritation (Mansoor kept constant contact by text/email (which I liked), and I especially liked that he let me know when the job was done to ensure I was there to close the door (he was more concerned about an open garage door than I was ... which was great). I think if you look around, even on Angie's ... you can estimate prices and you will find that NoBalloy is either the best ... and certainly competitive. I would not have second thoughts about doing business with this company.

We couldn't be better pleased with the work or the workman. Mansoor was quick to respond to our call and very informative about the service, process and decorating choices. Also, he worked his schedule around our need to have the garage finished by a certain date. He charged half up front and never tried to quibble with us about the price. His follow-through was exemplary. He was prompt, and he did exactly what he had described to us, working tirelessly on one of the hottest days of the year. The process takes two days of his labor and two days to dry. We are very happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone.

Mansoor Maghouli did an outstanding job! He worked hard to get the concrete slab just right so it would take the epoxy coating and the outcome would be perfect. Old school work ethic. Takes pride in his work. A great value for the money. $1250 for a single car garage with little preparation. $1500 if a lot of preparation is required.

Mansoor made early email contact and we had $399 deposit on the job through Angie's List. He called and set the date to begin on August 16. He arrived right on time and worked for three days to complete the job. We were very pleased with his work. He consulted with us concerning colors and surface finish. It was an excellent job.

Excellent service and Professionalism. My garage floor was atrocious; it had oil stains and other fluids, contaminants, and even a huge swath of red paint from the previous owner. I reviewed the Noballoy website and perused the BEFORE and AFTER pictures posted there. Then I contacted the company and got an estimate from Mansoor and went forward. I was extremely pleased, impressed with his work, and happy with the results. His final work looks exactly as shown in the AFTER photos he puts on the website! I did the full broadcast epoxy-polyurethane re-surface. Unlike the epoxy only, which results in a smooth surface, my floor has texture so it will not be slippery when wet from rain and snow. It has character and looks great. Mansoor completed all of the steps as promised, and in a timely way. In addition, Mansoor's customer service is great. After completing the final application and finishing the job, some spring storms threatened the region and I was unable to close the garage because I was out of town. After contacting me and learning I was unable to close the garage to protect the floor, Mansoor drove back 25 minutes out of his way to close the garage door on my behalf. That type of customer service and responsiveness is one of the things that is no longer common, and one of the things that made his service stand out in my mind. Noballoy will go the extra mile to meet the needs of the customer.

Mansoor arrived on time and immediately started work. I was very impressed with his professional work standard. The job may have been a bit more than he anticipated, but he proceeded according to the terms as shown on Angie's list deal. The finished job is outstanding and looks better than a showroom floor. Mr. Noballoy was very accomodating for our time and budget. His work is excellent. This was a two day process but well worth it. The garage looks better than new. The design has somewhat of a granite look. It should maintain its good appearance over time.
We have a two car garage and completed half of it this summer. We hope to do the other side next year.

Mansour has a great work eithic. He started the work off as scheduled on the day we agreed to. Worked unobtrusively, and completed the job. The responsiveness was excellent. We had a little miscommunication while scheduling. However, Mansour worked with me to get the earliest possible alternate, and had the work completed before my deadlines. Management of payment to mansour was also very smooth.
The work product itself is just fabulous. He came in with the required protection, and showed attention to detail. I do not think he took any shortcuts. He prepared the floor, cleaned it, and followed it by application of the first coat and flakes, followed by topcoat. Overall I'd say he did AN EXCELLENT job, and the Floor looks good. He is not the least expensive provider, but on first looks his work product is more than worth it.
I have heard multiple "Wow" remarks already. His warranty statement is great. I look forward to enjoying the Garage an extension to the living area now.

Mansoor was very responsive from the 1st contact I made with him. He had the quote for the work within a few hours. We accepted the quote and he scheduled the work for a week later.
He showed up on time and was left on his own to get the work done. The quote said it was a 2 day job and it was. He did a diamond grind on the floor, cleaned it up and did the 1st step on day one. Day 2 he showed up for the removal of excess 'color chips' and applied the top coat/sealer to the floor. By the time I got home from work, everything was cleaned up and done. The floor looks great! I compared this to another floor I had seen and ours looks so much better - more color and a shinier sealer. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the product used for this project.

Mansoor Maghouli promptly responded to our request for quote to epoxy coat the 700sq' garage floor.
He began the work within a couple days of quote acceptance. He patched and repaired the cement floor then machine ground the surface. Preparation is a key to a quality epoxy surface that lasts and looks good. Then he used a high quality epoxy coating and sprinkled flakes on the floor. After that dried, he returned the next morning to add a clear top coat.
The floor looks great. Mansoor was very professional and skilled. His price of $1650 was by far the best price offered and I do not believe he skimped on anything.

Well I don't know where to start. I am still so excited each time I come into the garage that I lose words to describe my experience.
So we had the idea of painting our garage and finish the floor with epoxy. Mr. Mansour brought some ideas to the table that were awesome and one idea was better the next. We brainstormed, and Mr. Mansour came up with the final idea.
We went with
three color flecks on the floor with a blue background and a light gray for the walls. Quality was outstanding!!! Here is where I was blown away by his capabilities;
I asked about doing a design that I thought could not be done. Mr. Mansour just smiled at us and said it would be done within a week. Well that is exactly what happened. The design came out perfect.
You know something is done right when after 6 months you are still amazed and glad to enter a newly re-modeled area.
I would recommend Noballoy anytime.

The wood section of the area I needed would warp so Mr. Maghooli was referred to me. He showed me different options that he could use to cover it and I chose to go with non slip gray coating.
