Luis and his team is one of the best companies I ever worked with as a residential customer and on business. I had his service on my own house and other property. (2)High quality work with reasonable price:I had different companies to do the quote. Luis patiently provide me the options and details regarding to the project. After talked to Luis, I know he is knowledgeable in his profession and responsible. I am glad choose Naula hardwood floor to do the job even it's the cheapest or the most expensive one but they make things right. They are not the company lower the quality in order to provide lower price. (3)Tidy: Luis's team divided the working area away from the rest of the house with cover, no dust everywhere in the house for me and my kids to breath in. Also, they clean up the working surface even the pass. At last, I would like to say choosing this company is getting the most profit out of what I pay for.

We highly recommend this company. We had hardwood floors put into our second-floor. We own a Cape Cod, built in the 1940s, and our second floor was a mess - warped pine planking and plywood underneath really ugly wall-to-wall carpet. Naulas Floors did a beautiful job putting in the floor and installing a bannister and hand-rail. They were really good about working around my family, moved us from room to room so we could stay here while they did the work, even agreed to come a little later because of our four year-old's wake-up time. They were good at cleaning up after themselves and even did some custom work - at late notice - on the posts for the bannister. Great experience from start to finish.

This was a job I considered doing myself until I realized the equipment you can rent a Home Depot is not even close to what a professional uses. Not to mention their experience as this is what they do. The floors look better than they did when the house was built. Dust was not a problem. I dealt directly with the owner. A positive experience; I would hare again.

Luis and his crew were meticulous in their work and worked professionally (thoroughly cleaning every evening). They worked from about 8 in the morning to 6 in the evening each day, and the end result was fantastic looking floors. I wish the had installed the previously existing floors, as their quality is much better. Their price was extremely fair consider the labor needed across three 10 hour days and the product. The only area that could have been improved was a more thorough explanation of the process/timelines earlier. I would wholeheartedly recommend Naula's for any hardwood project.

Naulas were very responsive in coming to the house and sending an estimate. The supervisor and workers were prompt, polite, hardworking and did an excellent job. They had to complete this job doing an extreme cold spell and continued to work with efficiency despite to cold.

Fantastic job. Each and every requirement was met by Naula's technicians. They removed kitchen tile and dovetailed in oak flooring to our adjacent family room. They repaired existing prefinished flooring surfaces, repaired damaged transition areas and applied stain to the new areas that matched the existing color perfectly. Their attention to detail was fantastic - real quality workmanship.

Anytime I contacted the company they were immediately responsive. Estimators were prompt and fair. We did receive one lower quote but I got a better feeling from Naula’s than the other company. I did let them know that I received a lower quote and they gave an additional discount. The company stayed in touch with me throughout the job. The floors look wonderful. My husband and I were thrilled with how they came out. After the job was complete, they gave us tips on how to maintain the finish. We would recommend Naula’s Floors without hesitation. Mr. Naula and his team did a fantastic job refinishing hardwood floors and installing porcelain tile in our basement. His team was professional, on-time, and hard working. His project manager was very helpful in explaining the process and helping me make decisions that translated to a beautiful finished product. His bid was the only one that included refinishing newel posts for the banisters. We could not be happier with the results, and we would definitely recommend Mr. Naula and his team to family and friends.

What Luis does--refinishing floors--he does with excellence. Let's start there. The floor looks fabulous, he was on time, he adapted his work schedule to our peculiar needs around our family vacation. I included a couple of pictures of the job to illustrate. One is the nosing from the re-finished floor coming up the basement stairs. That required a lot of hand work and it is flawless. Every time I walk up from the basement I admire that attention to detail. The second picture is where two sets of floor meet. You can see that the boards run one way in one room and the other in another room. What is difficult to see is that the two rooms are at slightly different heights meaning there is a little depression where they meet. I imagine that would be challenging (impossible for me) to get a sander in there and to make a quality job if it. It is beautiful. Very impressive! Problems? Originally, we thought he was going to stain the floor to match. Luis told us that it was not necessary, because the natural finishing of the floor would match. You can see in the third picture that this was not the case. It was not even close. The natural finish looks great on its own (better in my opinion, not my wife's) but it does not match the stairs to the second floor. All told if you want Luis to do your floors--GO FOR IT. He is awesome, with the few minor caveats mentioned.

Naulas Hardwood Floor did a marvelous job - worked with our very short timeline and produced exceptional results - beautifully refinished oak flooring, with installed cove molding, all within one week of our contacting them. Would definitely use again/highly recommend.

We called them on Thursday, they committed on Friday and was there Saturday morning. The crew showed up and got to work. They did a good job matching as best they could to our current floor. They were done by early afternoon. The only reason I marked the price done one notch is that we didn't really have a chance to compare. We didn't have much time so I didn't even question it. I'm sure it was a good price for last minute work. I also forgot about the Angie's List discount and they didn't bring it up either. I'm sure we'll use them again and hopefully we'll get it then.

It went well from Luis coming out with pictures of previous work so that he understood what we were looking for. The workers came on time and did the work in the time estimated, as well as cleaning up the area everyday. A week after they left we saw a small area in the upstairs closet that needed to be finished. We called and scheduled them to come out and fix it. They did a good job. We were very satisfied with the work done.

The results exceeded expectations every time we have done business together. They are prompt, responsive and the end result is always wonderful. Even after my house flooded, the floors were installed before the kitchen. They were kind enough to come back and stain and install the toe kick and show moulding after the fact. They are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services.

We LOVE our floors. In fact we hired them to do our upstairs hardwood floors later. Then we hired them to put in new laminate flooring in out basement. They are dependable, flexible, and work with you to match colors. This is a wonderful company.
