Great process from beginning to end, would definitely work with them again and would recommend them 100%!

I really wanted to be able to leave a wonderful review, especially as there are so many good ones, which was partly why we chose My Kitchen and Bath-Vienna to do our small kitchen renovation. To start with the positives, HUGE shout out to Josh Turgut who had the grandest of vision for our tiny 1940’s kitchen which included some significant behind the wall design challenges. He designed us an awesome kitchen with everything we were looking for within our budget. We are very appreciative of his expertise, kindness, and overall professionalism. As for the project itself, the begin, middle, and end of our project was nothing but disappointing. Demolition left uncleared debris and some scratches on our glass topped washer as nothing was covered underneath in our basement (directly underneath our kitchen). The contractor was unprofessional, and clearly lacked technical ability and attention to detail. There was damage to cabinet fronts (which had to be argued with the project manager not just to be touched up with paint but replaced; won’t come in for weeks post project completion), grout poured in our back yard, and having to replacing a potion of our kitchen floor after having been completed blaming “it was walked on” (him and another worker rolled the fridge over the floor not even 24 hours after grout was complete). Our new dishwasher was scratched upon reinstallation with nothing reported to us about it. The construction manager UT seemed knowledgeable and when we were able to connect, seemed to want to ensure things were going as planned and to our satisfaction. The project manager Burak responded, mostly in haste, to all my inquires of questions and concern and came out to meet in person several times. It didn’t seem as if he had any specific information about our project, as there was no follow up after demolition regarding our back wall which we were unsure could be taken down and was a very important part of our kitchen renovation. A cabinet was also installed with built in trash cans that we did not request and were unable to replaced with our original request for a regular cabinet. I think it should also be noted, in my opinion, that the price of some of the renovation was over priced, being charged $600 to put in a water line for our fridge or the $550 for hardware to be installed (we supplied our own purchased hardware). Overall, we are left a well designed kitchen with some unsightly errors.

We recently had the pleasure of working with My Kitchen and Bath Vienna for my bathroom remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the get-go, they prioritized my design preferences, allowing me to make key decisions every step of the way. Josh, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that the tiles ordered perfectly matched my vision, and he was incredibly accommodating when it came to letting us outsource fixtures that I had my heart set on. Throughout the project, Sam and his team demonstrated a level of care and attention to detail that truly exceeded my expectations. Their craftsmanship was impeccable, especially when it came to the tile work. Every corner was flawlessly executed, and the result is a bathroom that feels like a luxurious oasis. I am beyond impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and dedication of everyone at My Kitchen and Bath. Thanks to their collaborative approach and commitment to excellence, I now have the bathroom of my dreams. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their space with confidence and peace of mind.

The team from My Kitchen and Bath were very professional in my bathroom renovation! It included taking out a tub and putting in a very nice shower with a niche and a built-in seat and glass doors. Overall the bathroom is working perfectly and they were very attentive with the fixtures I wanted and other details. They work was done very quickly and that was important to me because I work from home. I would definitely recommend them to any friends and family needing renovations done.

We are really happy with our new kitchen and den. All the process was painless, we only had to choose the materials and the design. They handled absolutely everything and kept us updated on the status. The workers were super respectful and friendly considering that one of my cats wanted to supervise everything. The most important part was that the kitchen was delivered on time and on budget while the end result exceeded our expectations.
