From start to finish, the entire process was straightforward and seamless. Caroline was extremely helpful and offered terrific design advice. I wanted traditional yet sophisticated window treatments, and Caroline was able to recommend several options that were consistent with my style. Once we finalized the selections, Caroline followed up with the manufacturer of the window treatments and provided regular updates via email. Additionally, she provided suggestions for new bar stools and took care of placing the order with the furniture company. Moreover, Caroline was very easy to reach via email (a plus for me, as I am not always able to chat on the phone). Overall, the experience was great and I'm thrilled with the new window treatments and furniture. Thank you, McCandlish Design!
