MBH SETTLEMENT GROUP

I used MBH at the request of my raltor. That was a big mistake. Initially it was reasonable as it was for the purchase of land. Then I refinanced for a construction loan which was higher. I did not bother shopping around (big mistake). I then refinanced the construction loan into a fixed loan and used MBH (3 closings). I did not shop around because they gave me a and quot;discountand quot;. I then refinaned tht loan to another bank and got hit again (4th closing) by MBH. I did not shop around. Finally, I just closed again on another refinance for 15 years. I asked MBH for another resiisue. THe reissue with a discount was higher than I was quoted by 4 other companies!! I called them and they seemed disinterested. THey are litealy covering me against some sort of lien on the property in the 6 months since my last closing! They were not willing to budge despiteme calling them. They could care less about loyalty. I spoke to the lender and he told me that this is not unusual. MBH always comes out higher. I would look elsewhere for your title insurance.

They were very friendly, easy to work with, and I never felt like I was bothering them. I never felt like my questions were insignificant to them. When we used them a second time they provided us a discount since we previously used them. They were always up front with us about pricing so we knew what to expect. I really liked them and they were very professional. We had to bring our children to the closing and they were very helpful with that too. They had things for them to do and they did not mind we had three young children in their office.
