Dealer gave me an estimate of over $1k; self-employed car detailers, body shops, and upholstery related businesses refused to do it because it was "too difficult." Enter Lim's Auto. The job they did is great. The car feels almost new. It takes a day for this kind of thing--I went to the Vienna location--got a ride to the metro and went about my day. Fantastic job and a six month warranty on the work. Great service.

Description of Work: Visited them to replace a zipper on my Jeep Wrangler ragtop. They showed me that the entire zipper didn't need replacement, and fixed the problem perfectly for 1/4 of the cost. They were extremely helpful and courteous.

Description of Work: Excellent job installing new seat covers, convertible top, and leather steering wheel cover in a 15 year old car. Unfortunately, some minor damage to one interior door panel was not reported to me when I picked up the car. Except for this one distraction, all else was great.

 + -1 moreWe have done business with this company for over ten years. So when we purchased a used 2005 Corvette and the seat cushion was worn, went to him for an estimate. He stated that the only fix would to be to purchase a new seat cushion which I did at a Chevrolet dealer, he then installed it the very next day. He is always prompt with the responses, and with the repairs. His prices are very fair, and all the jobs we had done over the years to our family's vehicles have been excellent.
Description of Work: Replaced seat cushion in my 2005 Corvette.

 + -1 moreHighly recommend Lim's. I dropped by one day with my Suburban and Mr. Yoon came out to look at the torn leather seats. He provided a quote at that time which he honored more than a month later. It was very easy to call and schedule a time to drop off the car. I also arranged for the car to be detailed. Mr. Yoon coordinated with Pro Clean which was around the corner. They completed the work in a timely fashion and delivered the car to Pro Clean at the end of the business day so that Pro Clean could detail the car. They were very flexible about payment. I dropped by two days later and made payment with a credit card so that I could get a receipt. We were so impressed with the service and quality of workmanship that we will be dropping off another vehicle in the next week or so.
Description of Work: 2006 Chevrolet Suburban's leather seats (front and rear) started to tear and split at the seams. Mr. Yoon quoted me a price in December and honored that price a month later. They replaced the front and rear seats and they look like new. Color matched beautifully.

 + -1 moreThe company was ready on the appointed date and time, and performed the work in the best workmanship manner. I was totally pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Company dissembled the front bucket seat of my old Nissan Maxima, removed the leather cover, replaced a section which had torn, and reassembled the seat. The leather replacement was an exact match with the old leather.
