Lasership (Last Mile Delivery)

Lasership misled amazon about the status of my item (ordered from amazon).   For example, the reason given for  not delivering my item was that the person went home for the day, although they told amazon that it would be delivered by 8 pm.  It took amazon a number of calls to find out what happened.  Lasership then told amazon that my item would be delivered the next day by 9:30 pm - but never did.  I called them several times and my calls were never returned.   I called amazon and their calls where not returned.  In the end, I requested a refund from amazon.
To sum up, Lasership is an unreliable carrier.   I had provided feedback to amazon to reconsider using them as a carrier....otherwise they are going to lose good customers as myself.

I received an email that Vitacost sent my shipment through Lasership to expect it on a certain date. Also, I received an email from Lasership of the delivery being made. When I called Lasership customer service, they seemed annoyed that I didn't receive the shipment and that am I sure I didn't get it. I was sure I didn't get it. They explained the first package was left at the front door. I was away on vacation, but had a house sitter that never saw it. For the second delivery, I was home and never received it. After calling the on-line company Vitacost, they shipped my order again using UPS and I received it on-time and at my front door.
