Outstanding. Mr. Norris kept us informed at all stages. Recommended a color consultant that helped color coordinate the cabinets, walls and new countertops. The work was done exactly when scheduled and performed in an extremely professional manner. The process lets you choose any color/color combinations you choose.

Painting was flawless. The cabinets were smooth and paint was even throughout. It looks like they were manufactured that way. Robert was meticulous with protecting the kitchen from paint sprays. All surfaces other then the cabinets were completely covered. He also worked long hours to ensure that the kitchen would be unavailable for the least amount of time possible. He was able to keep the refrigerator and pantry accessible during this phase. Robert is very detail oriented and addressed any concerns I had. He was even proactive by telling us how to care for the cabinets after the paint was applied.

I contacted Robert and he responded quickly and came out the same day to give me an estimate and explain his process. Robert explains in excellent detail how he goes about his business. Make sure you listen to him so that you get the difference between what he does and just painting cabinets. The preparation work he did was amazing. Everything was sanded or stripped as needed based on the existing finish. After that, everything was taped off and plastic walls put up around the work area so that dust and paint spray would not migrate. Everything was primed and then the final coat put on in one very long day. The cleanup was meticulous. He even blew the dust out of my garage where he did a lot of the sanding. You will always know what Robert is doing and what is next. He communicates every step of the process with you. As a bonus, Robert arranged for a carpenter to come in (on a Sunday!) to change the hinges on my cabinet doors.

The five day process began with much prepping of the kitchen: removing all doors and drawers (20+), sanding them, priming them, then sanding again.  Then the painting began after the kitchen was tented and vented.  Once the process was done Robbie put the kitchen was put back together looking better than ever.  A couple of days later, Robbie texted me and indicated he would be available (gratis!) in the next couple of months for any needed touch ups.
