They were supposed to removed some cat urine soaked sub-flooring, but they replaced only a small section of ply wood and did not cut out any of the cat pee. They were supposed to level the joists, as in the contract, but he said it was going to be another $700. It was in the contract, so he eventually agreed to be out to complete the work. No one showed to do the work and we had to fire them from the job because they were not honoring their contract and had no intention to do so. The drywall was not done properly, it has a 6 inch wide lump on the wall in two spots from the ceiling to the floor. They seemed really nice at first, but then they lied and wouldn't follow through. They wouldn't answer calls or return them.
