I have used Karin's florist many times in the past and have always been extremely pleased with the experience. They are courteous, helpful and provide an excellent product. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to others.

I thought their prices were a little high but that seems to be normal that time of year. I got them the day before I needed them which was good. I would use them again.

Per the their web page's instructions, I specified a specific color roses, as they are my wife's favorite. When I spoke with my wife later that day, she was very happy with the beautiful roses, but they were not the color I had requested. I called Karin's to tell them and they very graciously credited my credit card for the ENTIRE AMOUNT of my order. I had expected maybe 10% off. This is above and beyond for any service professional. Karin's arrangements have long been the best one can find in the Nation's Capital area and this just cements that status. Thank you, Karin's!!

I've been doing this every year for some time now. It is easy to take care of over the phone. The arrangement is well-done and placement is always taken care of as promised. The price is very fair for high-quality work.

Wonderful. I placed my order the day before the funeral. The day of the funeral they e-mailed me to let me know that the arrangement had been delivered and provided the time of delivery. The arrangement was beautiful. I would have paid much more for the same arrangement elsewhere.

I received excellent service from Karin's. I had requests to incorporate specific flowers and colors, and Karin's came through wonderfully - fulfilling my requests and filling out the arrangement very nicely with additional, similar flowers. All flowers in the arrangement were vibrant, colorful, and tastefully arranged. Karin's was able to turn around my order within two hours for pickup.

Our friend told us today that it was a breathtaking arrangement! The order was placed quickly and courteously, with Joanne suggesting the best arrangement for a hospital environment.

The clerk was very patient and attentive, helping my daughter with her rather unusual requirements. In the end, she decided to use roses. Unfortunately, the roses that she picked did not bloom all that well, so the final result was a little disappointing.

Very well. They offer suggestions at different prices, and wire the order to a good florist near my mothers home.

Wonderful, thoughtful and courteous delivery person. She made sure I was home before taking plant from truck as she said she would be unable to leave it if no one was home and it was quite large.
