I have used Karin’s Florist in Vienna for many years. I have never been disappointed. Beautiful, fresh flowers and tremendous service. When you place your order, you will think that you are their only customer. They will take time to ensure you have exactly what you want. However, they are one of the area’s busiest florists! And they will send you a picture of your order and ask for your comments. The best!

Gorgeous arrangement. Unusual placement of roses in a "bunched arrangement" with variations of pink roses. The roses lasted for a very long time--as have all the plant arrangements I have received from Karin's as gifts. The quality starts by looking at their shop window display and continues as you move inside. Worthy of a try, even if it is a bit pricey.

Karin's was the best. When we originally visited, Bryan walked us through all the possibilities, listened to our requirements, and we worked out the perfect flowers for the wedding. We later saw an example of the table setting, and Bryan really impressed us with it. On the day of the wedding, they took care of everything professionally and exceptionally, and they made deliveries to the wedding venue and the reception venue. As the father of the bride, I didn't want or need to think about the flowers, and they were all where they were supposed to be. My boutonnier was perfect, and all the other flowers, bouquets, and arrangements were very well done. I would recommend Karin's Florist to anyone.

Because snow was expected to affect Valentine's Day deliveries, Karin's sent an email saying they would deliver them early. The did and she loved them.

After using Angie's list to find a florist in another area, I decided to use Karin's Florist. I went to their website and found a suitable arrangement. I then called them and ordered the flowers. The rep asked me when I would like to deliver the flowers. Since there was a huge snow/ice storm on its way to Virginia, I said whenever it was good for them. They delivered the flowers on Friday (Valentine's Day as well, so the shop was really busy!). Family sent me a pic of the flowers and they were very close if not identical to what was on the website. Very happy with the whole transaction.

After surgery we wanted to send our friend a nice basket. Our normal florist would have to send it to a company in Virginia and they couldn't be sure what company that might be so I checked Angie's List and ordered directly from Karins. (We had used Karin's years earlier when we lived in Va.) They were great when placing the order and did some customization to add chocolate for our friend's wife and care-giver. While not the cheapest possible supplier, Karins did a great job and continue to be friendly and reliable.

Flowers were beautiful, arrangements had elegance and flair, price was reasonable, and delivery was excellent. Bryan's floral creations made the venue special.

I was told by family members that both arrangements were very beautiful and arrived as scheduled.

The arrangement was pretty and fresh. The staff who answered the phone and rang up the bouquet were helpful, courteous and cheerful.

Called Karin's and got help immediately. Flower order of 13 centerpieces was delivered on time and they were beautiful.

Love the company, friendly customer service. The flowers were ordered for a funeral and were just lovely. Great work and I will use them again! I was unable to see the flowers at the Funeral Home, but heard from many that attended the flowers sent were beautiful! Could not ask for more.

I specified my wish for very light blush roses, ivory with a hint of a blush tint, in a soft, gently colored, artful, loose, natural, arrangement to the young and inexperienced person taking my order. I spent some time describing something my dear friend would like. I was worried that the employee did not understand what I was talking about but she assured me she did. I called back later to review the order and make sure they did indeed have these specific roses I asked for. The same young woman assured me all was well. When I arrived at the funeral I was emabarrased to see my name on a conventional, stiff, all white arrangement with very bright and garish pink roses. The effect was harsh and not at all what I wanted.

I didn't see the flowers. I was in NY. But my girlfriend absolutely loved them. She knows flowers and she said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen. She loved the vase also. I don't know much about ordering flowers, but the woman who took my order was very helpful. I saw a picture of what they might look like on the florist's web page, but I selected a different mixture of flowers in different colors. The florist said there were 3 price levels for the particular arrangement I selected. I selected the most expensive one. I would definitely call them again if I needed a flower arrangement. My girlfriend said the person who delivered the flowers was very nice and patiently waited for her until she could get to the door which apparently took a couple of minutes.

It was a beautiful arrangement. The person on the phone was very helpful!

My sister and I had been planning to make the bouquets and corsages for my wedding, because a professional florist seemed like a silly expense, but about a week before the wedding, my parents offered to pay for a florist. Karin's was wonderful. The flowers were beautiful, the arrangement was beautiful, and they put together exactly what we were looking for, in spite of my vague description of our rather offbeat aesthetic. I would heartily recommend them to anyone, and will go back next time I need a nice bouquet, even if I'm footing the bill myself! ;)

Flowers were for my wife and were delivered to her work. She was well pleased with the arrangement. The ordering of the flowers via the phone was easy, and I now have an account at Karen's and will use them in the future.

No problems whatsoever from start to finish. From the moment I called until the arrangement was delivered went smoothly. Karin's is a great florist who listened to what I wanted, made a recommendation, then put it all together. Couldn't be more pleased with the result.

They were stunning and I will never use any other florist again if I don't have to. To say I was pleased is certainly an understatement. They were perfect and there was a lovely, reasonalbe selection on their website so lots to choose from. Definitely a 10 in my book.

They are the best. They do beautiful arrangements and their flowers are just spectacular. Women love flowers and I'm picky. I've been doing business with them for thirty years and they've been around that long. They are great. They deliver on time and they always have beautiful arrangements. In my opinion you get more than what you pay for. They have great customer service and if ever there is an issue they take care of it. The price might be a little more but you get what you pay for and I don't mind spending a little more. I've always had great response because there was one time it wasn't their fault when I ordered flowers for my mother. Whoever they wire the order to dropped the box. I called Karin's and told them, they took care of it and handled it well. Another time my husband had sent me roses which I don't like and they died the next day. My husband called them; they replaced them and sent out a big beautiful arrangement. It was great. They always deliver when I ask them to. I've actually called them at the last minute and I was able to get flowers. I have three daughters and whenever they decide to get married, I'll be calling Karin's for that too.

The representative who took my order was very polite and professional. While the florist did not have my first choice of flowering plant available, a floral bouquet was selected. The recipient of the bouquet was very pleased with its fresh flowers and remarked that the it was a "breath of spring flowers in cold December". I was sent an email confirmation of the order and another one when the order was delivered. In summary, I was very pleased with my choice of Karin's Florist.

We chose Karin's Florist to provide the flowers for our wedding because we were inpressed with the arrangements they provided to Wolf Trap for the Associates' Deck. I called and received an appointment within a week. I had to reschedule and they were flexable. I went in for my appointment on a Friday afternoon. I was told they would email a proposal to me by Tuesday. I called a week later and left a message that I had not received a proposal and verified that they had my correct email address. They returned my call and apologized stating they were very busy with weddings over the prior weekend and would be busy over the upcoming with weddings. They told me it may be another week before the proposal was finished. Patiently I waited. Two weeks later I had my wedding coordinator call, who they told they had just put the proposal in the mail to my house that day. I did receive the proposal in the mail two days later. However, I had been expecting it in my email and would have been able to respond more promptly had I received it via email. We had not discussed my budget during my appointment; however, the proposal was only slightly more than my budget and only slightly more than I expected. I discussed this with Karin's and they scaled back a few arrangements to meet my budget. Karin's delivered the flowers and arrangements as agreed. The flowers and arrangements were all beautiful, fresh and blooming. Everyone loved the flowers and arrangements.
