They are builders; I trust the owner implicitly and go through him.  I found them on the net; they have a website.  They are a full service company.  For the extension, I paid $1, 40,000.  They provided very high quality work and the contractors were very good.  They were very reliable and safe as well.  The owner is a very responsible man who is very hands on.  I checked out the prices and they one of the better priced companies.

It was a mixed experience. The biggest problem that came was when the guy was set up to do the marketing and he was acting as the superintendent on the job. He quit the company half way through the job. They didn't handle the issue very well. The one thing that I insisted was that anybody they send should speak god English; that didn't happen. The guy who was there was very good and he wanted to do the job. I was worried that they didn't have the experience that I had. They did fine work. The work ended up fine. It took them three months to solve an issue. They worked hard and they really knew what they were doing. They did the work professionally. I wouldn't use them in the future again.

Their work was completed in a very short time frame (1 or at most 2 weeks at most). From what I remember, there were very few delays and these were mostly third parties: County inspectors or plumbers, etc. had to come by and do their part, in order for the work to continue. The overall coordination was nevertheless very efficient.
