Luis Hernandez personally performed work which involved power washing townhouse brick entranceway and back patio. The work was performed professionally and with care to preserve/protect the grouting between the bricks. Luis is highly experienced and adjusted water pressure in order to avoid damage to the brick services. Luis was reliable, efficient and exhibited great customer service skills. I.e., friendly, polite and honest.

We were pleased with Mr. Hernandez's work and responsiveness. We have already recommended him to a nearby friend.

And his fees are fair had reasonable. Luis sticks with a house until everythingâ s completed, instead of working a day here, moving off to another home, coming back to your home. We liked this approach a lot! Weâ re putting the house on the market, and wherever I move to in NoVa, Luis is my guy for work Iâ ll need.

Luis was amazing. We hired him to do power washing for the exterior of the house but then because of his excellent work we also asked him to paint a bathroom and our front porch. He is through and takes pride in his excellent work! Luis is very hard-working and very easy to talk to. We had some questions and some ideas about things we might want to do in the future and he was able to guide us in several decisions. Even when there was the option to potentially up-charge he was always honest and gave us his opinion. We plan on hiring him again and feel like we found someone we can trust!

Luis Hernadez did a fantastic job in power-washing my deck, front stoop and driveway entrance, along with cleaning garage front and gutters. He also touched up the vinyl siding that was a bit green, and my wife loved it when she arrived home. One note: The benches (40 years old- homemade out of lumber were moved to clean deck under them - left in place to dry). My fault - should have asked Luis to help me move them back in place: they fell apart when I tried to slide them on my own. No loss. Tossed the lumber on the lawn and out to garbage.

He is still working, but so far so good. Very pleasant, polite, more than competent at his work. I would hire him again, and have a few more jobs in mind for him to do.
