Hardwood Flooring Service, Flooring
Installers removed all the carpet and linoleum to prep and install the radiant heating floor. They realized they had the wrong heating membrane so they left the floor demolished. This meant we lived on a rough and cold concrete slab throughout the house for weeks. The heat membrane was ordered and then I was told I needed a total electrical upgrade to accommodate the wiring. I agreed to the work. The company had a connection with an electrician to do the work. Next I waited for the electrician to finish his other jobs before he could start my job. This took weeks. Finally installation began but a 4-5 day job took over 90 days to complete due to partial installations of the wood flooring. Twice work stopped for weeks because additional wood was ordered. The wood was purchased in several small increments on different dates for unexplained reasons.
