I have used them twice. It was excellent. I know the price was discounted. They have their standard commission, he was discounted. I think his was one and a half percent.

Khalil and his assistant Victoria were extremely helpful in executing the sale of our Vienna home. We we always knew when a prospective buyer would be stoping by for a showing. We received excellent feedback after showings. The commission was the best in our area for a wonderful service not just in the sale of our home in Vienna but the purchase of my Townhouse in Centreville. They were always available to answer questions and provide information.

My husband and I used Khalil and his team to help us search and purchase our first home in Montgomery County, MD. He came recommended by a family member, so I already knew I'd be in great hands. Khalil and his team were extremely responsive, and professional. They showed us houses when we wanted and facilitated a pretty painless offer and closing process. Khalil gave us great guidance when putting together our offer, and we wound up outbidding another offer while still staying under list price. The rebate feature is also an amazing deal. I would definitely use Glass House again.

Khalil and his team stepped in when I needed to sell my home quickly. I had purchased a new home already and was in need of selling my home quickly prior to settlement on my new home. Within a week of the open house we had a full price offer and settled within a month or so later. I could not have asked for a better experience, or a more professional team. I would most certainly call upon them again to sell my home and I have already recommended him to a number of my friends as well.

Khalil's team is organized into different functions, which worked very well for us.  

• - Customer relations:  a POC was dedicated to help us with all the paper work and communications.  She was very responsive and on top of our paperwork.  She was very meticulous and we were confident going into our signing that we were set to go. 
• - Open house visitation: a (different) POC was in charge of taking us around to the houses we were interested in seeing.  Upon request, we would get a listing of houses and we would choose what houses we wanted to check out.  (This is different from the traditional model in which the agent chooses the house and takes you around.)  We had to do our own research, with the help of additional listing we received from Khalil's staff, but we preferred it this way because we can rule out houses we did not want to see and have control over the process. 
• - Final negotiations and signing:  This is when Khalil jumped in to negotiate on our behalf.  He was a good negotiator for us and we were able to get the house at a reasonable price for us.  He was very practical in his negotiations.  There were times we wanted him to push harder, but he helped us pick and choose our battle, which we appreciated.  

After the sale was done, he reimbursed us X percentage of our final closing cost.  Khalil said he does this for his client because he collects double fees as an agent and broker, so he does this to help out his clients.  We thought that was great and we would definitely work with Khalil again!  

It went all smoothly in a timely manner. Provider was very professional and attentive, as well as always being available.  He was good and experienced at pricing negotiation.  And most importantly the total charge was only 1% of the total deal, which is much less than any other providers in the area. He was very helpful, always staying at buy's interest.  I'd highly recommend him for property buying and selling. 

As our buying agent in 2009, Khalil was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept our interests first and never tried to steer us. When it was time to sell in 2016, we contacted Khalil without hesitation. We originally chose Khalil for the discount he offered. We returned to Khalil for the excellent service he provided. His business has grown over the years and his staff and support team is top notch. Our condo never looked as good as it did in the pictures his professional photographer took. We had good offers within days and the closing went smoothly.

They brought in a stager and took professional photos, were extremely organized, and utilized software that made reviewing and signing documents simple and straightforward. Khalil and Victoria are extremely knowledgeable on market trends, the buying and selling process, and negotiating a fair sale. Khalil is extremely loyal to his customers and makes every effort to get the best deal for his clients. My husband and I are so glad we were referred to Khalil by a friend of ours who was another happy customer of Khalil's. We definitely recommend Glass House Real Estate, and Khalil and Victoria specifically, to others in the area looking for excellent customer service with the buying and/or selling of their home.

Khalil and his team are amazing. Khalil is the most professional realtor we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is punctual, personable, responsive (i.e. great at communicating at ever step of the way and always answering questions), and definitely knows the market. Our sale was tricky because we had only owned our home for 1 year when we had to sell. Glass House Real Estate only takes a 1.5% commission, so that made it possible for us not to lose money when selling the home, even after such a short turn around. But even more importantly, Khalil had a professional stager come over and give us instructions on how to stage, and had a professional photographer take photos of the home for the ads, and advertised our home on Zillow, Trulia, etc., all at no cost to us. We had 4 offers after being on the market for only 1 weekend!
We couldn't recommend Khalil and his team more. He is the absolute best at what he does!
