GINGER HARDEN

Ginger is amazing.  She put up with us and our dilly-dallying for a couple of years, while we waffled about selling...showed our home to people even when it wasn't listed...showed and emailed us NUMEROUS houses to rent...assisted us with a separate rental issue when she had no obligation to do so...and held an amazing open house which helped sell our condo in less than a week.  She did not disappoint.
She has a great personality, is friendly and extremely helpful, very professional.  But most of all, Ginger goes above and beyond, doesn't beat around the bush and tells it like it is.  She knows her stuff - especially keeps up on the real estate laws, and if she's not sure about something, she'll make sure she learns about it.
We're gearing up for using her when we buy again.

Ms. Harden was dishonest and did not protect my interests as a buyer when I purchased a home using her representation. She pressured me to use a home inspector who was completely inept, unlicensed and dishonest. He was so incompetent that he "missed" a serious carbon monoxide leak, which after I moved in, nearly killed me!

She had me sign disclaimer forms that were only in the seller's interest (without discussing with me what the implications were). I was an inexperienced home buyer and she pushed me through the sales process without explaining key items I should be aware of. She had full knowledge of major defects in the home, which she did not make me aware of since she was more concerned with getting her commission than assisting me in making a responsible buying decision.
