FIRST CALL

Jesse was the worker who came out. He did a great job! He always was on time. He was very friendly, always explained what he was doing, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The job took longer than anticipated. We used this company also to install a new gas furnace. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.

The technician had problems with the installation and kept blaming the new unit. The whole procedure took one afternoon and the following morning. At the first attempt to take a shower, however, the unit leaked inside the wall. The company was called and the technician paged as soon as possible. However, he did not come back until after a second call setting up a follow-up visit. The shower now works without leaks, but the technician left wall dust, his gloves and sealing tape at the work site, when he left. The technician had also let us believe (he had looked at the toilet and written down the specifications) that he would order the necessary parts to repair it. When he came back, he said that he was not able to get the parts. A quick call to Kohler contradicted that info, as we were able to order them ourselves very easily.
