+ -1 moreA few years ago we needed to have our furnace serviced. We got Phil's number from a friend and we liked his service and honesty. This year our 30+ year old furnace started to go out and we had called several companies to look at it. Each one said it couldn't be fixed and to replace it. Phil from FH&AC came twice, eventually replacing the fan motor (which we were told by others was impossible to do). Because we were taking bids for a new system, and requested one from him, he did not charge us for the first two service calls (contingent on if we chose him for the replacement work). We decided to go with FH&AC because of the personal attention, honest, quick and excellent job they did. We liked that the person who did the estimate also was the head of the crew that did the installation.
Description of Work: Fairfax Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our 30+ year old furnace and air conditioner.
