+ -1 moreThe best remodeling company. I have used this company for 15 years or more, they are always punctual, polite, accurate in their estimates, do the job in an excellent, high quality manner. They have made many improvements on both homes I have owned. This new one I had build, needed a lot of improvement due to the bad builder I had used. F&S construction is the BEST! 200% trustworthy. They are straight forward with the cost. Very clean in their work. You would think they are not around. Very respectful. I highly recommend them for any remodeling in the house. They are so punctual and organised that they start on the day they said they would, and finish on the day they said they would finished. They are now my only home improvement contractor. They also use the best sub contractors. Who are the same, honest and high quality. Very very trustworthy. Very very high quality work. Very very Honest.
Description of Work: I used them in my first home 17 years ago, to remodel part of my house, but specifally my master bathroom. I still remember them starting August 1st (as promised) and finishing Oct. 1st (as promised)> Beautiful work. Clean. Honest. After I moved into the new house I built, many things went wrong, so I called F&S construction. They have worked extensively in my home, they build a new cellar, a new apartment above garage, with new kitchen and bathroom, they build storage shelvings, Storage above garage, helped me managed redoing all the gutters. Everything I need done, I only call F&S Contruction. The owner and employees are the most honest, trustworthy people I have ever met in this type of business. They even have my home keys in case something goes wrong while I am travelling. They have done so much work for me, I could not trust anyone else, they are so good.
