F & K POOL SVC

We've used F&K for pool opening and closing every year, except one, for the past 7 years.  We are very pleased with their service, and wholeheartedly recommend them to other pool owners.
We are pleased to say F&K always has been reliable and always has provided us excellent service.  Their mainstay service professional, Steven, is always friendly, professional, and expert.  He is open with his knowledge, and he shares his experience freely.  It is always a comfort to see him arrive to work on our pool.  We have special conditions with our pool, and Steven ensures his crew addresses the issues correctly, even though it may take them a bit more effort.
This year, in addition to opening our pool we asked them to repair the surface of our pool: because of marginal workmanship of a different company, the surface of our pool looked terrible; it was embarrassing just to look at.  We are extremely pleased with the results of F&K's efforts.  Where before we didn?t want people to even go in our backyard, now, we are pleased to entertain them, and are happy with the image our pool presents.
We also asked them to repair a leaking underground PVC line.  Steven and his assistant repaired the line and left the work site incredibly neat and clean! 
A particular aspect of F&K we'd like to highlight is their efforts to search out and learn from experts in the field of pool service and
repair.  Continuing education is so important in the construction industry, and we very much appreciate those who do maintain a good level of continuing education.  The extra time they take for the education is a good indication of their level of professionalism.  Our experience is that companies and people who don?t keep abreast of changes in the industry and advances in methods and products, cannot provide the level of service to handle the more difficult situations.

F&K have serviced my pool for more than 20-years. 

Spring opening, fall-winter closing, system upgrades and urgent repair services have all been used.  Across the board they provide valued services and are cost-competitive. 

They are particularly reliable -- they know my pool, they know where to store (or find) seasonal equipment, etc.

I have been using Fand K since I built my pool in 1993. Mike and his team of and quot;pool guysand quot; have been nothing but responsive, helpful, diligent, knowledgeable and competent. I trust them implicitly and can't imagine anyone giving better service. As long as I have this pool and as long as they are in business, they will be my pool service company.

I like them because they are local and they use the same people that come out year round and work on the pool. They even come out in the early spring and do pre work for your pool so the pool will open faster in the summer. They understand everything that needs to be done with the pool. Their prices are in the range of everybody else in the area. They are usually here within twenty four hours when I call them.
