+ -1 moreTroy Fenley and his team (smaller then, as they were just starting out) were, from start to finish, responsive, flexible, knowledgeable, and meticulous in their work. They maintained close communication with us and with any subcontractors working on our job. Of course, this was almost ten years ago and pricing was very different then; but we would go to Encompass first for any new project. We've recommended them to several friends and neighbors, and everyone who has used them has been highly satisfied.
Description of Work: We had a carport enclosed to add a family room, a new carport built, and a front porch added. Included in this remodel were several new windows, some kitchen rearrangement, a new bay window and a skylight. Since this was a remodel and we were opening up the existing space to the new, we wanted to match existing flooring, windows (fairly new), siding and roof to make a smooth transition.

+ -1 moreThe Encompass design and build team gave thoughtful attention to our overall objectives, as well as, detailed attention to our very specific preferences. Adjustments during the construction phase that we requested were made graciously and with no additional charge when appropriate. Overall, the experience was rewarding and we are still enjoying the end-product eight years later.
