DOGTOPIA DOGGY DAYCARE

My dog loves Dogtopia and has been going once or twice a week for over a year...since he turned 4 months old. The staff is very friendly and the 'nanny' cams allow you to check on your pet from a smartphone any time during their stay. They also provide report cards, photos and activities which make the overall experience more fun. Dog daycare in the Tysons area is not cheap but they do offer discounts for purchasing multiple visit packages.

I buy a 30 day pass. It costs $20 a day. The facility appears to be very comfortable and fine. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They actually come to the car and get the dog from the car. They know who my dog is. They all go get my dog. They all seem to love animals.

location, and once we get there, they run right in without even looking

I love, love, LOVE Dogtopia. We adopted Maggie, a one year old GSP, approximately three years ago. GSPs are high energy breeds, and the last time I had a young dog, I was still in school and easily able to manage taking care of the dog with my other responsibilities. We weren't sure how we were going to raise a dog while working 8+ hrs a day. Thank God for Dogtopia. I drop her off on my way to work, and she gets 8 hrs of play while I work. Plus, she's tired when she gets home! I can check other periodically throughout the day via the webcam, but I don't worry about her, given how good the staff is. They take a personal interest in the dogs and often tell me stories of who she's been playing with or what other antics she's been up to during the day. They've even shown me pictures and/or videos that the staff have taken when she's done something particularly outrageous. Being a rescue, Maggie is not the friendliest to strangers, but it's clear she trusts the Dogtopia staff and enjoys her time there. Thank you Dogtopia!

The staff is so nice. You don't even have to tell them who your dog is, they always know.

You can take your dog in there, and they will watch them for you. The price varies because the more days you buy ahead of time, the cheaper it is; on an average, it is about $30 a day. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

We take our dog here whenever we go out of town, as he does not like to travel. They take good care of him, and he seems to like it, after the initial separation anxiety. The people here seem nice and friendly, and seem very professional and responsible. Also, they have a web cam, and while the dogs are in the rooms, you can log on and see you dog. That's great. The only thing I wish was that they would extend their 7am drop-off time to Saturday - so I wouldn't have to drop off on Friday.

Excellent -- my dog was glad to have a mini-vacation with other dogs.

This is a nice place for dogs to play and go outside while people that care about dogs watch over them. I am satisfied with the care he receives there. When they groom our dog, they sometimes do keep him overnight and he is fine with them.

The more days you purchase, the less expensive it is to take your dog there. They have areas where they put dogs of the same size. The dogs are checked out thoroughly for aggressive behaviors. My dog loves going there to see his friends. I drop him off for a few hours at a time. They are open from 7 AM-7 PM. They have a variety of services, including grooming.
