Custom Carpet & Floors

We have had a great experience with this family run company.  They worked hard to match the color we wanted when re-grouting the kitchen tile, coming over numerous times to show up different colors.  They worked with us to pick out a basement carpet color and were very professional in getting the whole basement done in one day.  I currently use them to clean my carpets and they are punctual and efficient.  The only issue I have ever had is that once or twice I have had to follow up with them to see if my grout color was in or to get carpet cleaning instructions, but they always respond quickly once I call.  I would highly recommend this company.

The store never seemed busy but the several salesmen I dealt with all tried to be helpful and responded quickly to phone calls. The installers seemed professional and volunteered to move furniture back into the room they had worked on. The ordered carpet hasn't come in yet so we'll see about that. Their prices aren't so great but the service is very good. I'd at least look there again.

They were great. They gave me a discount, which was nice. They were on time and got the job done just as they said they would. I was very happy with the results. I think I spent about $7000 on the job. I will use them again in the future.

Mr. Salta worked with us over many months and did not pressure us at all. He personally came out to measure the space. He and his employees were professional, and punctual. I would highly recommend this company. Of note: We hired custom carpet after getting estimates from the major chains including the one with "next day installation". "Custom carpet" is big enough to handle most jobs but small enough to know us as customers personally by name.

Appointment for installation was made for Monday between 1 and 5PM. Jose-Luis, the installer, phoned me at 4:40PM to explain that he was running late. Called me again at 5:30 to tell me that he was en route. He was pleasant and polite(even to our dogs)and did a very professional job. Cleaned up all the scraps afterward and left us the remainder of the carpet for future(possible)repairs.
