C.H.Shin Inc. is amazing. C.H. goes by Jacob and he is fantastic. I first contacted CH Shin after my heat pump died and after receiving recommendations from multiple co-workers. Jacob was very responsive - returning my message almost immediately. He came that night to look at my system and to give me a quote. During the visit, we discussed options, pros/cons and best value. In his quote he provide about 4 different options which was great. I got quotes from CH Shin and other dealers and CH Shin beat pricing of others by about $1000 dollars or more. I felt Jacob was sincere and honest and really helped us find the right replacement option. First contact made on Wednesday, site visit and estimate Wednesday night, signed contract Thursday morning and I had a new heat pump before dinner time on Saturday and as mentioned for about $1000-$2000 below other contractors. Having worked in design and construction for years as an architect, I am confident that we got a quality product with excellent service for a great price. I highly recommend C.H.
