Diego and Francis did a great job of cleaning my carpet. I have been using CD for years. They are the only cleaners I used that could permanently get out stains in my rug...period! I have recommended them to other unit owners in my development and they too have had great experiences. They also have high ratings on consumers' checkbook too. I will likely use them to clean my couch too.

Got a phone estimate of 250 over the phone, made appointment, and Diego came out and did the work. We inspected the carpets pretty carefully, discussed a stain and how to approach the issue of pet hair. They do use a truck-mounted unit and cleaned the shampoo out of the carpet which I preferred. Diego walked through afterwards to check the work. I was quite satisfied with the job done. It was furniture-free area, so maybe could have worked the price down slightly.
