Sent a sub-contractor who spoke no English, did sloppy work, cut corners, painted over wallpaper rather than remove it, did not prep surfaces properly (sanding or priming or both) thus had to return to fix problems.  Owner finally returned to fix obvious problems, but problems still are showing up.  Owner now insists his sub did not do work that now requires redo.

He is very, very reliable. He's very good and honest. Everyone I've recommended him to has said good things. He's been recommended by a top builder here. He's very good and he's a very nice person. Very professional. He doesn't charge until he's finished.

This work was done as part of an overall home renovation. The new lighter cabinets make the whole kitchen seem bigger and like new. The taller vanities are wonderful. Laurence and his crew also installed new tile flooring, in the kitchen. We have received lots of compliments on the new look. This saved us a significant amount of money over buying new cabinets and vanities. And Laurence's price was reasonable.

All three jobs went very smoothly, which is why I've had Laurence do all my painting over the past 5 years. He is most helpful (and patient) in planning. He has good taste and judgment. His workmanship is extraordinary; just beautiful. He is very professional and respectful. I am totally comfortable with him in my home. He adheres to a date and a price. His price is competitive. He keeps the house very neat and clean even during the process, so as to have as little disruption as possible. He is very careful about one's furnishings and other items. I have never had any damage during the projects which Laurence has done. Laurence has one assistant who has been with him all five years. He is a good worker and very respectable young man.

They did excellent work and were a pleasure to have around.
