I have a 2003 Honda CRV and my disc player broke down this past August, then a few weeks later my tape player broke down, then a few weeks later my radio started skipping. I have a large collection of recorded music in various formats and need access to them in my car. I left messages with 3 car audio repair companies listed on Angie's List’s "Auto Audio Repair" section for the Wash DC area. Over 5 days, I received no call-backs, so I turned to my car dealer for a repair recommendation. I was referred to Auto Audio Service Inc. - a mobile service auto audio repair used by the dealership. My call was returned promptly by the owner, Mr. Ramon Heymann, who suggested we meet at my house or at the dealership the following morning to assess the problem. We met at the dealership, he identified the problems, gave me a fair quote, removed the unit, & had it back to me the next day working perfectly, and I have a 3 year warranty on the repair! I highly recommend Mr. Heymann and Auto Audio Service, Inc. He is very organized in his work, personable, and knowledgeable.
