Work was done quickly and efficiently.  I was worried about his availability so close to Christmas, but he worked us in.  He is really excellent and priced fairly.

Art has been recommended by several people in our neighborhood for plumbing services so I finally got around to calling and scheduling some work from him. We had a leaking shower in one bathroom, a loose kitchen faucet and wanted to have the whole house checked for other possible problems.
I called Art and left a voicemail, he called me back within an hour or so. I told him what I was needing and also asked him if he handles sump pump maintenance. Background: we are from Texas and have never owned or lived in a house with a sump pump or even a basement before moving here so absolutely no working knowledge of these things. I have tried to learn what I could from Google, asking neighbors etc. Well, I learned more in 10 minutes on the phone with Art than in all my previous efforts. 
He made an appointment for me for the next day, arrived on time, did the work we asked and left a sheet of notes about his plumbing inspection. His charges were completely reasonable and he fixed what he said he would. In addition, I found him to be just a really nice guy, pleasant and interesting to talk to and happy to share plumbing advice if you're interested.

He is very dependable and comes whenever I needed him. He is very personable and quite reasonable. I trust him very much.

Art is honest and reliable.  He doesn't sugarcoat nor does he try to upsell.  I love that he shows up on time and does a great job.  I found him through my office, where he does all sorts of work for a large dental practice.  He is a great find!

I highly recommend Art Melancon Company. The plumber that came out was really good. He only does repair plumbing and doesn’t put in new plumbing. He has been really good in working with us on the cost of the repair. He was very understanding. He is a people person. I would use him again in the future.
